Robert Half working with a client who is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Benefits Administrator to join their team. This role will play a crucial part in handling benefit inquiries, focusing on analytical benefits projects, and helping out administering all benefits requests. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for administering Leaves of Absence (LOA) and supporting various HR operations tasks, ensuring smooth processes and excellent service to the employees. This role will be filled by end of week, so apply today to be considered!Key Responsibilities:Inquiry Handling:Receive and analyze inquiries from employees, providing solutions to more complex and analytical questions.LOA Administration:Manage the process of Leave of Absence in collaboration with the People Ops team.Utilize Workday for LOA management and address employee questions related to the leave process.Support the transition of LOA administration as it is passed on to the People Ops team.Benefits Support:Assist in handling analytical work related to benefits, with a focus on passing off more complex tasks over time.Contribute to new projects, including the upcoming open enrollment, auditing enrollment data, and ensuring communication with third-party vendors.New Projects and Auditing:Play a key role in launching and closing out open enrollment, ensuring system accuracy and vendor coordination.Conduct audits to verify enrollment data, billing accuracy, and post-open enrollment support.
