Must Haves:• 5 years of tax experience gained within a public accounting firm or related experience• Sound GAAP and GAAS knowledge• Prior significant supervisory experience• Familiarity with SEC and PCAOB reporting rules• Experience w/ business development and marketing, able to be responsible for engagement profitability including billings and collections• Bachelors in Accounting or equivalent required• Licensed CPA or international equivalentNice to Have: • Experience in CCH Engagement is preferred• MBA/Master’s degree in Accountancy preferred
