The Mom Project is Hiring a Remote Project Manager, Public Policy

We are seeking a Project Manager, Public Policy on a contract basis to lead our Customer's global policy visits program and support upcoming anchor policy events, including the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA), the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) leadership summit, and Davos. In this role, the candidate will be a member of the Policy Planning team, a globally focused central function that supports the work of policy teams through strategic planning, coordination, and policy advising. This role will become part of a team that is working directly with company leadership to address some of the most interesting public policy challenges of the time, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), safety and security, the impact of regulation on innovation, and the intersection between technology and human rights. The role is 100% remote to these locations: Baltimore, MD, Boston, MA, Houston, TX, Los Angeles, San Diego, and San Francisco, CA . What You’ll Do: Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for regional Policy teams planning policy visits to MPK, including tracking Policy visit requests, scheduling calls with teams, and directing them to onsite resources to facilitate successful visits Plan and execute onsite Policy visits as required for top leadership Maintain updates to the Policy visits toolkit Coordinate Policy presence at anchor moments such as UNGA, APEC, and Davos Manage multiple workstreams related to logistics and executive presence Draft meeting agendas, presentations, and emails in addition to scheduling calls and tracking deadlines Work closely with executive leadership working teams to accomplish these goals Must-Haves: 3-5 years of project management in the policy and/or technical space and exposure to executive visits and large events Experience prioritizing multiple projects and competing deadlines Strong communication and writing skills Highly organized, excited about fast-paced work, and skilled at driving decisions in ambiguous environments Strong emotional quotient; internal diplomacy skills preferred Policy analysis experience preferred Specific experience working on Davos preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree Hours & Location: M-F, 40 hours/week . This role will be 100% remote .
