We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be adept at multitasking, possess strong organizational skills, and demonstrate proficiency in managing vendor databases. Additionally, exposure to employee benefits administration is preferred. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within our organization.Responsibilities:Maintain and organize administrative systems and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.Manage and update vendor databases, including but not limited to vendor contact information, contracts, and service agreements.Assist in coordinating vendor communications and scheduling appointments or meetings as necessary.Provide administrative support to various departments, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.Assist with employee benefits administration tasks, such as enrollment, documentation, and inquiries.Collaborate with the benefits department to maintain accurate records related to employee benefits.Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel and providing assistance as needed.Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as necessary.Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
