You will provide comprehensive administrative support to their team of CPAs and other staff, helping to maintain their high standards of client service and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Manage and organize office operations and procedures.Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to the appropriate staff members.Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.Maintain and update client records and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Assist with billing, invoicing, and other financial documentation.Order and manage office supplies and equipment.Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
