Job Title: Accounts Receivable LeadJob Description:We are seeking a dynamic and competent Accounts Receivable Lead to join our finance team. The primary responsibility of the role involves collections, constituting 75% of the job function. The chosen candidate must be able to work proficiently with SAP and must possess excellent problem-solving abilities.In this role the Accounts Receivable Lead will maintain our company's financial health, reduce outstanding account balances, and enhance our receivables process. This position will report directly to the Finance Manager and work closely with our sales and customer service departments.Responsibilities:1. Oversee the timely, accurate processing and collection of all accounts receivable.2. Make customer calls and/or send letters to resolve outstanding account balances.3. Process customer refunds and manage any disputes or discrepancies.4. Utilize SAP to analyze account history, run reports and reconcile accounts.5. Improve and implement effective accounts receivable processes and policies.6. Carry out monthly and quarterly account statements.7. Provide support to the sales team and respond to customer inquiries and issues related to payments.8. Prepare monthly or weekly aging reports to support the financial close process.9. Participate in finance department initiatives and process improvements.Requirements:1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.2. 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably with a leadership role.3. Proficiency in the SAP financial system is required.4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.6. Demonstrated ability to work within tight deadlines and manage multiple accounts.7. Solid understanding of billing and financial concepts.8. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly strong with Excel.9.
