The ideal candidate will have experience with Great Plains software and a strong background in accounts payable processes.Responsibilities:Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently using Great Plains softwareReview and verify invoices for accuracy and completenessMatch invoices with purchase orders and receiptsPrepare and process payments, including checks and electronic transfersReconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepanciesMaintain vendor relationships and address inquiriesAssist with month-end closing proceduresEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresPrepare and analyze AP reports as neededCollaborate with other departments on financial matters related to manufacturing operations
