Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in driving efficiency, accuracy, and excellence in our construction finance operations.Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise a team of accounts payable professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure team success.Manage the full cycle of accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, payment processing, and vendor management.Review and approve invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and procedures.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including project managers and procurement teams, to resolve invoicing and payment issues and ensure timely processing.Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions and reconcile accounts as needed.Utilize Trimble software to streamline accounts payable processes and enhance efficiency and accuracy.Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
