This position offers a contract-to-hire opportunity for our client in the non-profit industry.Responsibilities:• Process a high volume of invoices in an accurate and efficient manner• Ensure proper coding of invoices to maintain financial accuracy• Handle inquiries from vendors, providing timely and effective responses• Reconcile vendor statements to ensure all financial records are up to date• Manage employee expense reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies• Maintain accounts payable aging to keep track of outstanding payments• Conduct analysis of accounts for financial reporting and auditing purposes• Maintain accounts payable reports and spreadsheets for record-keeping purposes• Handle check requests as per company policy and procedures• Provide customer support in relation to accounts payable inquiries.
