This Accounts Payable Clerk role will be located in the Southbridge, Massachusetts area and will be a long-term contract / contract position.Responsibilities- Operate full-cycle A/P- Facilitate internal and external audits as needed- Perform daily processes and controls correctly and punctually, ensuring company policies are followed- Perform special projects as assigned- Manage department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it on a daily basis- Handle the administrative needs of the AP/Finance Department- Sort, log, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents- Manage the process of verifying, logging, and mailing checks, including expediting special handling- Provide customer service to internal business partners
