Opportunity:Robert Half is currently seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk for a long-term contract or temporary-to-permanent position within our esteemed Real Estate & Property firm.Role: Part-time, up to 15 hours per week. Predominantly remote with one day required on-site in Portola Valley.Job Description:As the Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a pivotal role in our finance team by meticulously matching, batching, and coding invoices, adeptly resolving A/P issues, processing expense reports, updating and reconciling sub-ledgers to the general ledger, and proficiently processing checks. We are seeking an individual with a high proficiency in computer software, exceptional attention to detail, and a self-motivated mindset.Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive administrative support to the AP/Finance Department.Manage customer service tasks for internal business partners.Execute additional tasks as assigned.Ensure the accurate execution of daily processes and controls in a timely manner, adhering strictly to company policies.Perform full-cycle A/P duties with precision.Oversee the validation, recording, and mailing of checks, including expediting special handling when necessary.Offer support during both internal and external audits.Handle the organization, registration, scanning, and filing of invoices, checks, and other pertinent documents.Possess a thorough understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) processes.Demonstrate excellent attention to detail in all tasks.
