This role operates in the health insurance industry and requires a hybrid workplace arrangement, with on-site days scheduled for Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing accounts payable, invoices, billing, and reconciliations.Responsibilities:• Manage full cycle accounts payable and vendor management.• Conduct general bookkeeping, analysis, and invoicing.• Utilize various software including MS Dynamics 365 Business Central, MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for data entry and invoice processing.• Perform account reconciliation and check runs.• Ensure accurate coding of invoices.• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and analytical skills.• Work effectively in a closely monitored environment to ensure accuracy.• Be proficient in Microsoft Excel.• Be available to start immediately.• Adhere to strict confidentiality and compliance standards.
