Responsibilities• Accurately process invoices as per company guidelines• Perform bank reconciliations regularly to ensure accurate financial records• Post journal entries to keep the company's financial records updated• Utilize skills in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP) to maintain financial accuracy• Code invoices correctly for proper classification and record keeping• Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain financial databases• Process invoices consistently and accurately• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial record keeping• Use QuickBooks for managing and processing financial transactions• Apply LEED Accounts Payable skills for enhanced efficiency in the accounts payable department
