Based out of the Owings Mills, Maryland area, the Accounts Payable Clerk will be a long-term contract / temporary opening.How you will make an impact- Manage customer service tasks for internal business partners- Maintain proper storage of invoices, checks, and other documents by organizing, logging, scanning, and filing them- Handle daily department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it- Support the AP/Finance Department by completing administrative tasks- Manage the process of verifying, logging, and mailing checks, including expediting special handling- Perform daily processes and controls correctly and punctually, ensuring company policies are followed- Execute additional tasks as needed- Facilitate internal and external audits as needed- Conduct full-cycle A/P
