We are offering an opportunity for an individual skilled in Accounts Payable and familiar with the intricacies of data entry, invoice processing, and credit control. Based in Great River, New York, this role is part of our Accounts Payable team and will involve working within our industry-standard ERPs including Oracle and MS D365. This is a contract position with a focus on maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth operations within the Accounts Payable department.Responsibilities:• Process and control invoices through USPS and email invoice systems• Perform data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and efficiency• Use critical thinking skills to resolve accounts payable issues• Navigate systems including file explorer, web browsers, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel to perform job duties• Utilize Oracle and MS D365 ERPs for various tasks• Handle invoice coding and processing• Maintain and update approved invoices• Use Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting• Leverage skills in Accounts Payable (AP) to ensure smooth financial operations• Interact with the document managing system, On base, as required.
