Your responsibilities in this role- Ensure compliance with company policies while carrying out daily processes and controls accurately and on time- Organize, register, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents- Manage customer service tasks for internal business partners- Provide administrative assistance to the AP/Finance Department- Handle daily department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it- Verify, log and send checks, including facilitating special handling
