The Accounts Payable Clerk tasks will consist of matching and batching code invoices, resolving accounts payable issues, processing expense reports, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to general ledger, and processing checks.Major responsibilities- Perform special projects as assigned- Open, sort, and distribute daily department mail- Sort, register, scan, and store invoices, checks, and other documents- Validate, record and send checks, including expediting special handling- Perform daily processes and controls correctly and punctually, ensuring company policies are followed- Manage customer service tasks for internal business partners- Support the Accounting/Finance Department by completing administrative tasks- Facilitate internal and external audits as needed- Fulfill full-cycle accounts payable
