Robert Half is looking for an Accounts Payable/Administrative Assistant who you will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day operations and financial processes for a company located in Goleta. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments while efficiently helping with accounts payable tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This will be a temporary / contract position.Key Responsibilities:Perform administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, filing documents, and maintaining office supplies.Manage accounts payable processes including invoice processing, payment preparation, and vendor communication.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoices, payments, and financial transactions.Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to ensure completeness and accuracy of records.Assist with new hire paperwork including onboarding documents and I-9 verification.Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.Collaborate with internal teams to obtain necessary approvals and documentation for payment processing.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts payable and administrative tasks.Generate reports and provide analysis of accounts payable data to support decision-making processes.Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
