Establish and maintain accounting policies and procedures. Lead and develop the accounting team, including recruitment, training, and performance management. Provide financial analysis and support to other departments. Manage cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Prepare budgets and forecasts. Coordinate with external auditors and comply with reporting requirements. Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including the AOAO board, executive management, and external entities.
