Job Title: AP/AR Clerk (Part Time)Summary: We are currently in search of an efficient AP/AR Clerk to join our team and help a company with data entry functions using NetSuite. This is a part-time position to be filled as soon as possible with the role being located in Pittsburgh near the Lawrenceville neighborhood.Responsibilities:- Primarily handle data entry into NetSuite software.- Enter bills and credit memos accurately.- Assist in managing the billing/payment side of company operations.Schedule:The role requires 20 hours of work per week. Flexibility is available in scheduling, with candidates having the options of working three 7-hour days, four 5-hour days, or five 4-hour days. Expects first one to two weeks to work onsite, then a hybrid work model can be implemented with Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays being office days.Requirements:- Familiarity with NetSuite or similar accounting software.- Experience with data entry tasks and the ability to handle them accurately.- Experience in the billing/payment side of accounts receivable or accounts payable operations.Start Date:The earliest start date can be Monday, February 12th.Location:The position is located in a convenient part of Pittsburgh close to Lawrenceville neighborhood.
