Responsibilities:• Accounts Payable: Manage A/P invoices and employee expense report processing• Accounts Receivable: Create invoices and process payments using NetSuite• Reconciliations: Conduct thorough bank and revenue reconciliations, among others• General Ledger Maintenance: Regularly update the general ledger with accruals, prepayments, depreciation entries, and maintain monthly schedules• Financial Reporting: Craft tailored ad-hoc financial reports utilizing Excel• Additional Responsibilities: Perform ad-hoc tasks as requiredQualifications:• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting• 2-4 years of relevant experience• Previous experience in a CPA Firm’s Management Department a plus• Experience using NetSuite and Expensify a plus• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint• Strong attention to detail• Good communication skills• Ability to learn and integrate new systems and processes quickly and effectively
