The role primarily focuses on Billing/AR & AP, Backup Accounting Assistant tasks in a diverse and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities• Handle billing collections diligently and accurately• Ensure payable invoices are processed efficiently and within the set timelines• Use Sage Accounting Software to manage financial transactions and reports• Perform regular audits to ensure billing accuracy and compliance with established procedures• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports• Coordinate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies• Participate in financial projects and initiatives as required• Maintain an updated database of financial records• Provide backup support for Accounts Payable (AP) tasks as needed• Ensure adherence to accounting policies and regulations.
