Kimberly Casey with Robert Half is seeking a Senior Accountant for a client in Salem, Oregon. You will play a crucial role in our finance department, contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in accounting or business, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Experience in multi-entity accounting is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Perform reconciliations of general ledger accounts and bank statements
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Contribute to process improvements and implementation of best practices
- Mentor and support junior members of the accounting team
