Job Description
RiverPoint is looking for an Account Executive to join our Chicago team. The primary objective of this job is new business development.
Core tasks of the job:
  • Identify and develop a professional network of relevant contacts and nurture those relationships to drive revenue by analyzing client needs and closing business.
  • Communicate information on client activity to internal staff.
  • Work closely with candidates to prepare them for client interaction & interviews
  • Transition new consultants from assignment start and provide ongoing support while on assignment.
  • Serve as a liaison between RiverPoint associates and client stakeholders.
This job involves a blend of cold calling, account development and maintenance and employee / customer relationship building. To put it in terms you probably will relate to - you need to be a strong hunter, but also have the skills to farm.

Organized: This job has a tremendous number of ‘moving parts.’ You will be dealing with multiple priorities from one hour to the next.
Computer Literate: We can teach you the IT stuff you need to know, but the ability to execute with MS Office and some CRM experience is required.
