Sales Representative

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to assist our growing business. The individual must have a strong work ethic and a persistent attitude towards customer service.

Basic Purposes:

Build and maintain new and current customer relationships by effectively presenting our financial products and services to prospective clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities and leads.
  • Build and maintain current customer relationships.
  • Know and understand financial products and effectively present to new and perspective clients.
  • Achieve and maintain monthly sales goals.
  • Assist the operations team, and various service partners, to provide a smooth and efficient on-boarding experience.
  • Cross-sell financial solutions to maximize profitability spreads and customer experience.
  • Assist management in refining sales process.
  • Assist in maintaining CRM software and leads list.

Education and Experience

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree. BS in Business Admin preferred but not necessary.
  • High School or Military Service, encouraged to apply.

Experience

  • Knowledge of sales process and development with a track record of driving sales in the factoring industry
  • Sandler Training Background, preferred.

Skills

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
  • Knowledge of Factoring, financial products and/or trucking industry a plus
  • Extremely detailed and well organized
  • Excellent verbal presentation and personal skills
  • Sales and negotiation skills
  • Computer literacy is required in maintaining CRM sales database and heavy use of MS office products.
