Rise48 Equity is a growing multi-family real estate investment firm located in Scottsdale, seeking a Client Support Specialist for its growing portfolio in Phoenix MSA. This is a regular full-time exempt position with competitive salary, and a comprehensive benefits package.
*This is NOT a remote position. This position will be located in-person Monday through Friday at our corporate office in Scottsdale, AZ.
Job Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Review investor subscription documents to ensure the documents are filled out correctly
- Address investor questions and follow-up on open items as needed
- Compile investor equity and ownership table
- Verify investor information on investor portals is complete and accurate
- Compile monthly and quarterly investor reporting packages
- Customer Service and Ongoing Learning
- Client Portal and Email Inbox Management
- Answer Common Questions within Organization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of Client Relations / Investor Relations Experience or Experience with Investment Portfolios OR the Financial Service Industry
- Real estate and/or Multifamily knowledge a plus
- Strong proficiency of MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional Customer Service and Critical Thinking Skills
