Aquaman North is hiring a Client Success Specialist to join its Scottsdale, AZ office! We have an extremely strong company culture--we value each other and the work we each do. We are adding a positive office professional to help us as we #elevatetheindustry !

**Pool industry knowledge is preferred for this position, but not a requirement. Billing experience also preferred.**

We are seeking a friendly professional for general administrative responsibilities and customer service calls. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we need the right team member to help us ensure that customers are happy with the service we provide.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • 2 years of Office Admin experience in a similar work industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Windows 10
  • Previous experience in an office environment
  • Previous experience with customer service by phone

Duties:

  • Answering and routing customer calls is the number one priority
  • Follow up on projects to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Report any customer issues or concerns
  • Other general clerical duties as needed
  • Communicate and coordinate with suppliers/vendors, customers and staff

This is a fast-paced position. We’re looking for a team member who can multi-task, is a problem solver, and doesn’t shy away from conflict resolution. Good attendance and punctuality are a must.
