The Client Success Advocate is responsible for managing the relationship of client accounts post sign-up and for the life of the account through their renewals. Client Success Advocates must be licensed to sell Health Insurance in Arizona or be willing to get licensed in Arizona and/or any other state as needed within 45 days of hire. This position will work closely with Business Owners, Brokers, the AR Specialists and our Healthcare Consultants to 'WOW' the client and inspire them to tell their Redirect Health story.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Creating an amazing experience for our Clients & Members
Increasing membership renewals from individuals and companies
Problem solving by working with human resources and business owners to support their employees use of our product
Always improving leading and lagging metrics to improve experience and reduce surprise non renewals and terms.
Ability to communicate with clients via email, phone or in person
REQUIREMENTS
Heath Insurance License for Arizona is preferred (will be required to obtain in first 45 days of employment)
Effective oral and written communication skills, required
3-5 years of Customer Services experience, required
1year of Account Management or related experience, required
Highschool Diploma, required
