Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
7 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Demonstrated experience in building HR teams from the ground up.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
Proven experience in working for technology start-ups is a must
Experience in the agriculture sector is a plus.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
