Rinaldi Energy is Hiring an Administrative Assistant (Advanced) Near Saco, ME

Rinaldi Energy is looking for an experienced office professional to join our team in Saco, Maine.

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for assisting our Executive Team with administrative tasks that range from business growth, marketing, customer communications, and more!

This position requires the candidate to have the following qualities:

1. Ability to demonstrate solution-based thinking: This person can identify problems, think outside the box to find the solutions, and then execute the plan to resolve the problem.

2. A “go-getter” with a strong work ethic: This person takes pride in the work that they do, is always looking for ways to improve processes, and cares about their output and performance.

3. A multi-tasker: This person can handle multiple tasks at once, prioritize their to-do lists, and make sure every task is done accurately, on time, and to fruition.

Experience

The Administrative Assistant must have experience in an office setting and experience working with computers and programs. Specific experience in the fuel industry is not required to apply for this position. If the candidate possesses a strong work ethic, is open to learning, and can apply previous experience to their new job, then we welcome you to apply.

The day-to-day tasks that the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist with the facilitation and ongoing management of internal programs
  • Assist with internal and external marketing efforts to capture new customers, retain existing customers, and create awareness of internal programs and services
  • Assist with the ongoing management of record keeping, company data, and reporting
  • Communicating with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Assist with the creation of new programs, business development, and community engagement
  • Assist with office management and clerical tasks
  • Provide support to our Executive team and tasks they may need across the different departments.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
