Management Responsibilities:

• Manage Logistic and DC Operation Coordinators (1-2)

• Manage East and West warehouse functions and manage wholesale account drivers; includes scheduling, approving timecards, performance management, hiring and administering disciplinary measures

• Manage a team of employees within a demanding, fast-paced/time-critical and multiple product line environments

• Carry out leadership responsibilitiesin accordance with the organizations policies and procedures

Logistics Responsibilities:

• In collaboration with Global Logistics & Transportation Team, review continuously the design of the network, to adapt our warehousesmap to business challenges and optimize costs. Implement the designed network in North America

• Map the transport suppliers, and identify agenda of tender, depending on service performance, history vs last tender, new flows, fit vs requested services. Run tenders and implement the right suppliers’partnership across transport modes (ground, air, sea, train) and channels (retail, wholesale, e-commerce), in collaboration with Supply Chain team

• Be robust to business evolutions, anticipate trends havingconsequences for logistics design and transport mapping

• Prepare and test business continuity plans, and mirror suppliers

• Hand in handwith warehousing teams in the region, monitor the application of warehousing processes defined as best practices/core model in industry warehouses and other regions. Monitor WMS implementation in each warehouse

• Follow up contracts and monitorconditions to drive performance and productivity.

• Monitor service providers’ performance and run performance meetings for short mid long-term performance.

• Implement and follow actions plans service level, lead time and productivity plans

• Shorten the lead times between sales/order, preparation/shipping, shipping/delivery

• Ensure stock accuracy >99% for each warehouse. Stock in WMS = Stock in ERP = Physical Stock

• Build a complete cost mapping of logistics and transport

• Identify optimization priorities and implement action plans to reduce costs while maintaining service level (or upgrade service while maintaining costs)

Warehouse Responsibilities:

• Ensuring both East and West Coast warehouse receiving, and distribution processes are handled in an efficient, cost-effective manner

• Lead delivery of all targeted Business Plan metrics across productivity, quality, cost, safety, and people

• Performs shipping and receiving functions

• Preform quarterly Inventory In both East and West warehouse to ensure 100% accuracy

• Physically receives deliveries and accounts for that inventory in the warehouse

• Performs shipping and receiving functions

• Organizes warehouse for efficiencies and maintains safety and cleanliness. Ensures shelving is rated for proper loading and the warehouse organization meets all qualifications of the Policy

• Audit and report inventory while making recommendations on which items to order and restock

• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling with data storage system

• Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner

• Implement change and/or develop new processes as required to meet customer needs

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, analytics, math, statistics, or related field

• 5 years directly relevant experience (Supply chain, Logistic, Distribution or Warehouse management)

• 5 years of Supply Chain, Transport and Logistics experience is required. Experience managing a team is a plus

• 5 years of performance management with 3PLs and parcel carriers

• 5 years’ supervisory experience with a direct report, preferably in a warehouse or distribution environment

• 5 years’ experience in hiring and terminating employees and performance evaluations of direct reports
