Your objectives will include ensuring accurate and efficient movement of goods from inbound freight through warehouse operations to final mile delivery at partner locations. What You’ll Do
Coordinate international freight shipments from suppliers with our transportation providers. Track through delivery at our 3rd party warehouses.
Support the accurate and timely receipt of inventory at warehouses. Reconcile with our ERP system.
Ensure first quality, spares and returns inventory is accurate in the systems of record.
Coordinate deliveries of product across our customers, 3PLs, and installation teams.
Proactively identify, troubleshoot and escalate delivery delays and issues.
Create, document and implement standard operating procedures.
Maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors, including scorecarding and identifying areas for improvement.
Work on process improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve the quality of service.
What You’ll Bring
Able to work in the New York City office on a hybrid schedule.
Able to occasionally travel to warehouses across the country.
1-3 years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain.
Experience at early stage, high growth companies a plus.
Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets.
Experience with ERP systems.
Detail oriented, hands-on, highly organized with proven ability to prioritize objectives.
