Position summary:

Kravet Inc. is looking for a Marketing Logistics Coordinator to play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of marketing activities. As a Marketing Logistics Coordinator, you will be looked to as an innovator and expected to work closely with marketing stakeholders to contribute to the success of our brand campaigns and marketing initiatives by assisting in various operational tasks related to photoshoot logistics, event support and key marketing initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to play an integral role in the success and efficiency of the marketing department, while also working closely on key initiatives with cross-functional teams.

This position is a full time position, with a hybrid schedule working 2x a week either in our Long Island or NYC offices. Minimal travel is required.

Key responsibilities:

This role supports the entire marketing department, with key responsibilities including:

• Photoshoot & Video Shoot Logistics – critical team member ensuring the success of photo & video shoots for brand campaigns by leading end-to-end coordination, including:

  • Meticulous management, ownership & tracking of all products shipped to and from photoshoots from various vendors and locations including furniture, fabric/wallpaper, rugs, props, etc.

  • Communication with third-party vendors including but not limited to: merchandising team, corporate showrooms, photo studios, furniture factories, upholstery partners, moving services, damage claims specialists, etc.

  • Provides regular status updates as well as flags urgent updates with appropriate marketing contacts, cross-functional teams and external partners.

  • Applies expert communication skills including the ability to manage frequent follow ups, track deadlines, anticipate delays and provide proactive solutions.

  • Works with logistics and warehouse teams to coordinate pre-orders, track timelines, order fulfillment and resolve any issues that may arise.

  • Organization, labeling and tagging of imagery & video assets in Brandfolder software.

  • Coordinates all estimates, invoices, and required paperwork for photoshoots, video shoots & events including legal documents such as BOLs and COI.

  • Support cost negotiation with vendors as needed.

• Event Logistics – support the event & PR team on key corporate events and partnerships.

  • Special project orders and events support

  • Sourcing suppliers for and ordering soft goods

  • Managing ordering and communication for showhouse/special project orders

  • Manage orders for extraneous event/brand activation needs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field required

• 1-2 years experience required

• Expert knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite required

• Technical skills required for internal softwares Oracle, BluVista and Brandfolder (training to be provided)

• Strong communication and organizational skills, detail oriented and ability to juggle multiple tasks

• Ambitious and collaborative team player

• Enthusiastic attitude

• Pay Range: $50,000 - $60,000
