Community Mainstreaming Associates is Hiring an ACCOUNTING INTERN Near Westbury, NY
Location: Westbury, NY (Nassau County)
Shift: Monday - Friday (at least 10 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Bank Reconciliation for all bank accounts monthly.
- Assist with month-end close out duties.
- Assist with ERP implementation.
- Assist with Accounts payable and payroll.
- Assist with annual audit, as required.
- Assist in both Human Resource and Finance functions in specific projects.
Qualifications:
- Must be an accounting/and or business major.
- At least a 3.0 GPA
- Must be able available to work at lease 10 hours per week on- site throughout the year.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word (Intermediate to advanced Excel skills an advantage).
- Needs to be self-driven to look for improvements in processes.
