What You’ll Do 

As an E2E Test Coordinator at Aescape you will:

• Sourcing and ongoing scheduling of external testers for aescape products. 

• Monitor and maximize table utilization.

• Work with internal teams to ensure tables are in ready state ahead of testing.

• Report all issues using regular member support process.

• Facilitate testing of external candidates from reception through exit.

• Ensure testing is compliant with defined protocols.

• Collect comprehensive data from each test.

• Create reports for testing based on defined requirements

• Available to work off hours as required to fully utilize capacity of beds, including before (7-9am) or after (5-10pm) hours.

What You’ll Bring

• Intermediate Google Sheets - simple formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc. (no coding/VBA required).

• Collect and log survey feedback.

• Comfortable interacting with engineering and product teams.

• Flexible working with changing priorities.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Detail oriented.

• Desire and ability to work with people.

• A flexible schedule to facilitate external testers coming into the Aescape office to provide feedback on new massages.

• Comfortable working 20/hrs week.
