We are a well established multi-concept bar and nightclub in the heart of downtown Key West, Florida. Located right on the busiest block of Duval Street.

We are looking for:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. We are looking for a dynamic service industry professional with a positive attitude who is motivated, organized, and experienced in high volume sales. As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Duties:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of venue operations
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company standards
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Assist in creating and implementing strategies to increase sales and improve profitability
- Assist in planning and coordinating special events.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hospitality management is required
- Must be proficient with computers, including all aspects of Microsoft Office Suite

- Aloha P.O.S. system experience is a must, and Accubar inventory control experience is a plus

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive guest experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays when needed
