**Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to oversee our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, team leadership, and customer service. **Duties:** - Supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including food preparation, kitchen operations, and bartending services - Manage shifts effectively to ensure smooth restaurant operations - Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints - Oversee inventory management and ordering supplies as needed - Train and mentor staff members to maintain high-quality service standards - Collaborate with the assistant manager to optimize restaurant performance **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry - Proficiency in food service management, including knowledge of coffee preparation and bartending - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Understanding of shift management and scheduling processes This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced General Manager to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
