Job Responsibilities:

As the Host/Hostess at Spring by China Mama, your primary role is to provide our guests with their first impression of our restaurant, setting the stage for an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests in a warm, friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they step into our establishment.
• Managing reservations and seating arrangements efficiently, considering guests' preferences and special needs to enhance their dining experience.
• Engaging with patrons to build rapport, providing personalized service that demonstrates our commitment to hospitality and community.
• Coordinating with the service and kitchen teams to ensure guests' needs are met promptly and accurately, facilitating seamless communication between all parties.
• Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining and reception areas, contributing to the overall aesthetic and comfort of our restaurant.
• Upholding China Mama's values and mission in every interaction, acting as an ambassador for our brand and contributing to a positive, inclusive work environment.
• Serving take out patrons with food in a positive and friendly manner, embodying our commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Offering valuable information to assist take out order patrons in making food and beverage selections, enhancing their overall dining experience.
• Presenting take out ordered choices promptly and efficiently, ensuring seamless service throughout the meal.
• Managing payments, issuing bills, and processing payments accurately and efficiently for take out orders.

Qualifications/Skills:
