Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for the restaurant and hospitality industry.

Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile upon arrival
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus
- Provide accurate wait times and manage reservations
- Assist in seating guests efficiently while maintaining proper flow within the restaurant
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or reservations
- Collaborate with servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred
- Excellent guest services and customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with calmness and professionalism
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong phone etiquette skills
