Salary: $85,000 - $150,000 Commission (OTE = $135k - $200k )

Field Sales Estimator (Commercial Electrical Construction exp req) Description

Our client in the electrical construction industry is looking for a Field Sales Estimator to join their team, in Northeast Atlanta, GA. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be focusing on the day-to-day electrical commercial services and small projects. You will be responsible for prospecting, contacting, and securing relationships with new key accounts to grow the customer base and maintain existing relationships through regular contact and customer activities. The ideal candidate will have commercial electrical construction experience and estimating experience, however, if you are experienced in electrical construction, our client will train you to be an estimator. To be successful, you must be detail-oriented, exhibit strong organization, critical thinking, communication, and creative skills, and stay up-to-date with current code expectations. Field Sales Estimator (Commercial Electrical Construction exp req) Responsibilities

● Prospect for new clients through leads, networking, and industry contacts
● Build quality relationships with internal and external customers
● Respond to qualified incoming leads approved by the Sales Manager
● Contact leads, make face-to-face upfront contract meetings
● Establish final estimated pricing and present proposals to decision-makers
● Close deals, enter work orders and small projects into the company’s CRM
● Compile proper documentation for work orders 
● Provide accurate Yearly and Monthly Forecasts to the Sales Manager
● Additional duties: emergency on-call for Key Account(s)

Field Sales Estimator (Commercial Electrical Construction exp req) Qualifications

● 4 years of Electrical Construction experience required 
● On-Site (visiting job sites) Construction experience required
● Ability to read and interpret commercial blueprints and bid documents required
● Construction Software experience required
● Familiarity with current code standards required
