RGP is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Pleasant Hill, CA
We are a local small accounting firm, Pleasant Hill, looking to add to our admin team. The job can be a little fast paced at times. Below are the necessary responsibilities, duties and desired traits.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients
- Answering phones
- Filing/scanning documents
- Logging in, tracking & assembling tax returns
- Transmitting e-filed returns
- Billing & deposits
- General office organizing/purchasing supplies
- Getting and distributing mail
- IT help and software license management
Required/desired traits:
- Organized
- Responsible
- Good communication skills
- Able to work with computers
- Able to prioritize
- Able to work with a team
Start date can be as early as June 15th. Hourly pay will be dependent on experience. Passing a background check will be required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
