Office Manager
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized office manager to oversee the administrative operations of our growing home remodeling company. Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring efficient workflow and processes.

- Maintain organized filing systems for project documentation, contracts, and invoices.
- Coordinate project schedules, material orders, and subcontractor assignments in collaboration with project managers.
- Process invoices, manage accounts payable/receivable, and handle payroll using QuickBooks.
- Generate reports and handle data entry to track project costs, revenue, and profitability.
- Assist in marketing efforts, including updating the company website, creating marketing materials, and managing social media presence.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and negotiate with vendors for cost-effective pricing.

Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Office Management or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office manager or administrative role.
