The person hired into the Trip Support Manager role is responsible for overseeing our clients’ experience. An excellent team member, creative problem solver, with an above and beyond approach to customer service, the ideal candidate is professional, versatile, and highly motivated. Their daily responsibilities will be to assist, organize, and advise clients of itinerary details. They will work closely with operations to track flights in progress, manage partnerships with other aircraft operators, arrange transportation, catering, and ensure each trip’s success. They must thrive in a fast-paced environment with an upbeat, positive attitude.
As a member of the sales team, this individual will be accountable for monthly and quarterly targets. The compensation structure for this role is a base plus monthly bonus tied to performance. This position will report to sales leadership and contribute to the sales performance goals.
