Position Summary:

Rotex Global is currently seeking a Full-Time Help Desk candidate for our Cincinnati, Ohio location. The right candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in desktop support. Candidates will be responsible for upgrades, installs and troubleshooting of network devices, desktops/laptops & software applications.

Work You'll Do:

• Support on site and remote employees experiencing technical problems with hardware, software, peripherals, mobile devices, and other related IT issues.
• Setup, configure and install various hardware and software
• Communicate effectively with clients responding to all requests and concerns within the defined service level agreements. Ability to explain resolutions, answer questions, and provide professional advice as needed.
• Log, track, and maintain detailed information within tickets for handling and data reporting.

Team:

This role works to support Rotex working alongside their applications team. The Help Desk role reports through our Global Functions team at Hillenbrand under the Americas region. Team members consist of approximately 15 members across our region working for various other companies under the Hillenbrand enterprise.

Basic Qualifications:

• 2 years' experience in an IT technical support role working with end user issues, required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent from a college or university in computer science and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with an emphasis in information technology, preferred.
• I.T. knowledge of MS applications and various hardware and technologies
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Actions/Results oriented and self-motivated
• Excellent troubleshooting/problem solving skills
• Ability to learn and support new technologies
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work under pressure
