We are looking to add a well-experienced Warehouse Business Devlopment individual to help with the expansion of both Cold and Ambient storage facilities in our ECS division.

As Warehouse Business Devlopment with Evansville Cold Storage, you will focus on growing our cusotmer base for our multiple warehosue operations to meet the established goals for both ambient and cold storage warehouse facilities You will also be growing our customers base, all while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures The role will require a successful background in warehouse account management. Some of your daily duties may include, but not limited to:

• Achieve company performance goals including internal and external Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as Labor to Revenue (LTR), truck turn times, and customer service standards
• Collaborate with the Rexing Team in marketing and sales efforts, including planning new account strategies, prospecting new accounts, and sales calls, developing and quoting rates, negotiating contracts, and closing sales
• Establish and ensure facilities have excellent focus on customer service and client relationships
• Ability to meet with customers and prospects, new customers,

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 2 years’ business devlopment experience in Supply Chain or related field
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to interact with internal and external customers
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to deal with ambiguity
• Ability to travel to our three different warehousing facilities in the Southern Indiana Area.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company-provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18kgs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud

Schedule: Shipping and receiving hours are 8-5 M-F. With that being said, freight never stops, we are an intricate part of the supply chain, so some weekend or after-hours work may be required.
