We are currently looking to bring on an energetic Project Manager to our growing transportation company. With our company's exponential growth, rapid expansion, and family-focused atmosphere, there are opportunities to grow within this position and in the company.

As a Project Manager with our company, you will focus on the fast-paced asset-based trucking portion of our business, helping our customer prep trailers in both shipping and receiving, so their products can move from point A to point B while maintaining the safety of our Owensboro team. You will be managing one location with multiple spotter drivers on three separate shifts. This position will work hand and hand with our terminal manager on continuous improvement and help with the growth and leadership of this project.

Requirements:

• HS Diploma or GED required, CDL Class A Licensing required
• 6 years minimum experience in Class A CDL Driving
• Lead driver or driver management is a plus
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and communication skills, with multiple personalities
• Attention to detail is one of the most critical parts of this position to be successful.
• Computer skills- we use multiple web-based systems and applications for admin and for our drivers.
• Deep knowledge of the trucking industry
• General maintenance knowledge is a plus but not required
• Ability to manage multiple shift schedules and budget employee hours accordingly

Schedule: This is not your typical 9-5. Office hours are 7am-4pm M-F. With that being said, freight never stops, we are an intricate part of the supply chain, so some weekend or after-hours work is required.
