```Duties```

- Oversee the development and implementation of program activities in accordance with organizational goals and objectives.
- Manage program budgets, including monitoring expenses and preparing financial reports.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to assess needs, develop programs, and ensure program effectiveness.
- Supervise program staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, funders, and other stakeholders.
- Administer program policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Conduct regular evaluations to assess program outcomes and make recommendations for improvements.

```Qualifications```

- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Behavioral Health, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in program development, relationship management, and supervision.
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated expertise in program management, including planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
