Excellent law firm is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Junior Associate Immigration Attorney to join its close-knit legal family. Candidates with 1-4 years of experience in immigration law and fluency in both English and Spanish are encouraged to apply. As part of the team, the Junior Immigration Attorney will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the immigration process while providing expert legal counsel and support.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough case reviews, analyzing client information and documentation to determine eligibility for various immigration benefits.
• Represent clients at immigration hearings, providing expert legal advocacy and support.
• Conduct client consultations, discussing immigration options, rights, and responsibilities in a clear and compassionate manner.
• Act as the primary legal advisor for clients, offering advice and representation on a range of immigration matters.
• Conduct thorough intake interviews with clients, understanding their needs and determining their eligibility for different immigration benefits.
• Prepare and file immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documents.
• Stay updated on immigration laws and regulations, researching and analyzing to ensure strategies align with current standards.
• Draft legal documents and briefs for submission to immigration authorities and courts.
• Represent clients in interviews, hearings, and proceedings.
• Maintain open communication with clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.

Qualifications:

• Possession of a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar where practicing law.
• 1-4 years of solid experience practicing immigration law.
• Deep understanding of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and tasks while maintaining accuracy.
