Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Immigration Contract Attorney to join our legal team.

Part time/full time options available.

$200-$500/day

Responsibilities include:

• Draft legal cover letters, briefs, and memos
• Work with clients on drafting relevant forms, statements and also assisting in obtaining relevant documents from clients
• Provide representation to individuals in immigration removal proceedings as well as before the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the Immigration Court, or state court if related to a client’s immigration case
• Qualifications:
• J.D. from an accredited law school;
• Admission to Texas state bar preferred;
• Fluent in Spanish;
• Experience:
• Prior Immigration law experience is preferred.
• Languages:
• Fluency in Spanish is required.
