**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a friendly and professional Host/Host to join our team. The Host/Host will be the first point of contact for guests, welcoming them to the establishment and providing excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave

- Manage the seating chart to ensure guests are seated promptly

- Answer phone calls and take reservations

- Assist with setting up and clearing tables

- Provide guests with menus and inform them of daily specials

- Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service

- Maintain a clean reception area

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in guest relations, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting

- Strong guest services skills with a focus on customer satisfaction

- Excellent communication and phone etiquette

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Knowledge of food service procedures and basic hospitality principles

Expected hours: 5 – 30 per week
